Advisory Councils

Finance Council

Under Canon Law, every pastor must establish in his parish a finance council. The finance council is advisory to the pastor and offers guidance and input regarding the fiscal operations of the parish. At Holy Trinity, the finance council meets quarterly to review the finances of the parish, consider investments and savings, and plan for long-term savings and capital improvements. The current finance council is comprised of the following members:

Matthew Echaniz, chair
Maytee Anderson
Peggy Barney
Vernon Aunchman
Father James Glass, ex officio

Parish Council

While not required by Canon Law, a parish council may also be established to help advise the pastor on general parish matters. The parish council works as a consultative body, not an authoritative one. Holy Trinity’s current parish council consists of the following faithful:

Michelle Castillo
Dan & Marcia Hurley
Marty Landry
Hector & Lily Miranda
Amanda Rankin
Dan & Candace Seidensticker
Dr. Ann Straus
Father James Glass, ex officio
