PENANCE

Penance (Confession or Reconciliation) is available to the parish weekly on Saturdays at 4:00pm and on Wednesdays at 6:00pm in the Church Confessional or by appointment.  Seasonally, Confessions are heard in communal penance services.

Children make their First Penance in the 2nd Grade, either in our parish school or Christian Formation program, prior to receiving their First Holy Communion.  Preparation for the Penance occurs in the 1st and 2nd Grade and there is a parent component to formation before the sacrament.
