“Will you accept children lovingly from God, and raise them according to the laws of Christ and His Holy Church?”

Roman Catholics, from the moment of their marriage vows, promise to raise their children to know the richness and fullness of the Catholic Faith. For many Catholic families, this means entrusting their children to the care of our Catholic School system. In the Diocese of Richmond, we are blessed with many strong Catholic Schools to serve the needs of our faithful. Families at Holy Trinity utilize a variety of Catholic Schools in our area.

Elementary Education

For primary education, families choose from among several excellent options. For more information, please contact the Catholic School directly. To speak with parishioners who attend these schools, we would be happy to connect you.

Secondary Education

For secondary education, Holy Trinity supports the work of the academically rigorous and intentionally Catholic program at Catholic High School. Located about 20 minutes from Holy Trinity, CHS offers a strong community and personal attention in an environment where students thrive. CHS is a regional school and students from Holy Trinity are eligible for financial assistance and support.

Education in the Home

A large population of our parish makes the choice to educate their children at home. We encourage our families to consider this option, prayerfully weighing the benefits of raising their children as the first teachers of the faith. We would be happy to connect you with other families in our parish who homeschool, or to suggest Catholic curricula which will meet the needs of your family. Please let us know how we can help.
